  • FME to python

    • rename module1 to COF1
    • find catchment area for each pour points
  • running 80 DNV videos dataset with num_process = 2 or 3

  • document these results. (issue compute-canada #66)

  • move all the SD1 images to SD1 folder. Change the path in csv.

  • finish running azure for:

  • 1, 2, 6, 3

  • need to run azure for the first 120 videos agains and 5 again.

  • extract and blur image

  • need to run everything

  • test cv blur in compute canada

  • run cv blur with gpus

  • excel of information how long it takes to run the blur in cc. how much frame per sec is process

  • separate blur and label extraction into two seperated files

  • non specific utility notebook in CCTV/notebooks

  • Create GIS inside CCTV/DNV/ (move shapefile to GIS folder)

  • Rename csv file

    • replace fname with frame_id
    • replace video name with video_id
